Diagnosis and treatment of unique clinical/pathophysiologic problems of the newborn, infant, child, and adolescent utilizing medical imaging techniques. Use imaging technologies such as radiography, fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography, MRI, ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine (with injection of radioactive materials), and Interventional Radiology to provide information to radiologists and referring physicians that aid in the diagnosis and course of treatment of disease.
Minimum Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. plus 6 years of training including 1 yr clinical internship in internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery or its subspecialties, obstetrics and gynecology, neurology, family practice, emergency medicine or an ACGME or equiv accredited transitional year
- 4 yrs diagnostic radiology residency
- 1 yr pediatric radiology fellowship.
- Ability to obtain/maintain license to practice medicine in the State of Ohio.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Radiology.
